Change or cancel a plan
Upgrade in place, cancel at the end of the period, resume before it ends — and what a downgrade keeps.
Upgrade
From Billing, choosing a higher plan upgrades the subscription in place: you see a quote for the difference over the rest of the current period, confirm, and the extra credits land immediately. Moving a monthly plan to annual works the same way. Going down a tier is a cancellation followed by a new subscription.
Cancel and resume
Cancelling stops the next renewal. The plan, its engines and its credits run to the end of the period you paid for, and every credit already in the wallet stays there afterwards. Until the period ends, Resume turns the renewal back on.
What a downgrade keeps
Nothing you already have is taken away: existing members, API keys and renders survive. The new limits bite the next time you try to add something — the third seat, the eleventh key.
Invoices and the card on file
Billing → Manage subscription opens the billing portal with your invoices and the card on file. Top-up receipts are listed on the Billing page itself. Only the workspace owner can subscribe, upgrade, cancel, change seats or set up auto top-up, since all of them charge the owner's card; admins can buy packs by hand and read the history.
Studio's credit steps
Studio comes in three sizes: 20,000 credits a month for $149, 40,000 for $279 and 60,000 for $399, with the same engines and perks on each. Moving up a step is an upgrade like any other: quoted, prorated for the rest of the period, and its extra credits land at once. Moving down a step is a cancellation followed by a new subscription when the period ends.
Seats on Team and Agency
Team ($59 a seat, 2 to 9 seats) and Agency ($119 a seat, 5 to 25 seats) are billed per seat, on one shared credit pool. The owner changes the count from Workspace → Members, one seat at a time.
Adding a seat is charged now for the rest of the period, prorated like an upgrade, and the seat's credits land on the balance at once. Removing one applies at the next renewal: the period already paid keeps its seats and its credits, nothing is refunded, and the count never goes below the members and pending invitations the workspace holds, nor below the plan's minimum.
One change at a time: while a decrease waits for the renewal, adding a seat calls it off first, and a plan change asks you to call it off before quoting.
