Yes, in one click from Billing. The plan runs to the end of the period you paid for — a month or a year — and every credit you have stays on your balance forever.

Top up a pack: plan credits and pack credits are the same credits on the same balance. The workspace owner can also turn on auto top-up, which buys the pack of your choice when the balance runs low, up to a monthly limit you set. No overage billing, no surprise invoice.

An option for the workspace owner, on card payments: when the balance falls under the threshold you pick, eroq buys the pack you chose, at most as many times a month as you allow. A refused card turns it off and you get an email. It is off until you switch it on, in Billing.

A card for plans and packs, or crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT). Paid in crypto, a plan covers one period and is extended when it ends, since a blockchain payment cannot renew on its own.

Seats, mostly. Individual plans hold two people, you and a collaborator, however much compute you buy. Business plans are sold per seat and run a whole team on one shared credit pool: Team at $59 a seat for 2 to 9 seats, Agency at $119 a seat for 5 to 25, with 100–200 API keys, 6–8× rate limits and every engine unlocked. Seats are added from Members, charged for the rest of the period. Above that, Enterprise adds committed volume rates, invoicing and an SLA.

Yes. Studio comes in three sizes: 20,000 credits a month for $149, 40,000 for $279 and 60,000 for $399. Same engines, same perks, a better rate on every step. You can move up a step at any time; the change is prorated.

It refunds automatically. The charge reverses and the refund shows as a negative row in your usage ledger — you only pay for delivered output.

Offers are tied to moments rather than running permanently — half price on the first month of Creator or Studio within three hours of signing up, bonus credits when your balance runs out, a comeback bonus after time away. Each opens once per account with a real countdown, on the site and by email (one click stops the emails), and each is applied at checkout: we never advertise a discount the payment page then refuses.

Yes. Credits live on the workspace, and an admin can give any member a monthly credit ceiling plus a share of the per-minute rate limits. A generation that fails and refunds itself does not count against the ceiling.

Two ways to pay, one wallet. Individual plans start at $15 for 1,800 monthly credits, business plans at $118, and annual billing takes 20% off any of them; prepaid packs start at $10 for 1,000 credits with zero commitment. Every call has a fixed price: a chat completion is 1–3 credits, an image 10 to 124, a 5-second video from 75 (priced per second by engine and resolution), speech 3 per 100 characters, transcription 1 per minute of audio. New accounts get 40 free credits, no card.

Flat per-call pricing is built for heavy users: a completion costs the same whether it renders 50 tokens or 800, streamed or not. For companion and character products, whose users send 40–100 messages a day, that predictability is the point.
