Getting started
What is eroq?
An AI studio and API: cinematic video on named engines (Seedance, Veo, Kling, Hailuo, Runway, Wan and Grok) and on Motion One, eroq's own uncensored engine, image generation, expressive voices and roleplay writing, with persistent characters and a community shelf — private and uncensored, metered in prepaid credits.
Is eroq free to try?
Every new account gets 40 free credits and no card is required — enough for several images, voice lines and chat scenes, or one five-second eroq Motion One clip at 480p (35 credits). Other clips cost more (five seconds on Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p is 75 credits), so they need a $10 pack or a plan.
What can I actually make with 40 free credits?
Four images, or about 1,300 characters of speech, or 40 eroq RP mini chat replies, or one five-second eroq Motion One clip at 480p (35 credits) — enough to judge the image, voice and chat models and to see one clip. It is a taste of video, not a trial of the engines.
Do I need to install anything?
No — the studio runs in the browser. Optional extras: the eroq CLI, the MCP connector for ChatGPT, Claude and Cursor, and a panel for Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Is there a mobile app?
No. The studio is a website and works on a phone browser, but rendering video on a small screen is not what it was designed for.
Can I use what I make commercially?
Yes. Outputs are yours under the terms of service, and plans include a commercial licence. You are responsible for what you publish.
Who can use eroq?
Anyone 18 or older, for lawful creative work. The acceptable-use policy bans content involving minors, real identifiable people without consent, and anything illegal.
Ask — your AI agent
What is eroq Ask?
Ask is the eroq studio home: a chat with Clap, the AI agent of eroq. Tell it what you want and it produces it with you: questions when it needs them, a storyboard, a plan with every render priced, the renders you approve, then the next step. In the same conversation it answers questions about engines, prices and your balance, sets any tool up for you, finds your renders and shows the API code. Inside each tool, the Ask tab of the side panel puts Clap on that page alone.
Does Ask cost credits?
Talking to Clap on Auto is free. Credits go to renders: the ones you approve in a plan, at the price it shows, or the ones you start with Generate in a tool Clap set up — exactly like a render you set up by hand. A model you pick to think with instead (Claude Sonnet 5.5, Claude Opus 5.5, GPT-5.6 Sol, Gemini 3.1 Pro, Grok 4.7) costs 9–22 credits a message, shown before you send.
Does Ask generate on its own?
No. Nothing renders and nothing opens by itself: a plan renders only when you approve it, at the price it shows, and a tool Clap sets up opens on its button, Generate staying your click there.
Which languages does Ask understand?
Write or speak in your own language and Ask answers in it. Video and image prompts are written in English for the engines, which read English best; a voice line keeps the language you wrote it in.
Is Ask available through the API?
No — Ask is part of the studio. The API exposes the tools themselves (images, video, speech, chat), and assistants such as Claude or ChatGPT connect through the eroq MCP server.
Is Clap an AI agent?
Yes. Clap plans what you want to make with you, a clip, a photo series, a voiceover, an ad or a film (the format, who is in it, the storyboard), prices every render, makes what you approve, reads the results and proposes the next step, up to the cut in Cinema. It renders on eroq's catalogue of engines for video, images and voice, Kling, Veo and Seedance among them.
Does Clap spend credits without asking?
No. Every render waits in a plan that shows its engine, length, format and exact price, with one Approve button for the total. The price shown is the price charged, and a render that fails is refunded. A cheap keyframe look test usually comes before the clips.
Credits & plans
How do credits work?
Every generation costs a set number of credits shown before you commit — 10 to 124 per image, 1–3 per chat reply, 2–3 per 100 characters of speech, 1 per minute of transcribed audio, 3 per 30 seconds of a song, and for video a per-second rate set by the engine and the resolution: a five-second clip is 75 credits on Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p and 490 on Seedance 2.5, while Motion One is 29 a second. 1 credit is about $0.01 at the entry pack rate.
What happens if a generation fails?
It refunds itself automatically, as a negative row in your usage ledger. You only ever pay for a delivered result — and a prompt the engine declines returns content_blocked without charging at all.
Do credits expire?
No — pack credits and plan credits never expire, and unused plan credits roll over month after month.
What are the packs?
Starter $10 → 1,000 credits, Plus $25 → 2,750 credits (+10%), Builder $50 → 5,750 credits (+15%), Scale $100 → 12,000 credits (+20%). Bigger packs carry bonus credits; the per-call prices never change.
What are the plans?
For one person and a collaborator: Hobby $15 (1,800 credits a month), Creator $49 (6,000 credits a month), Studio $149 (20,000 credits a month), and Studio also comes with more credits: $279 (40,000) and $399 (60,000). For teams, sold per seat on one shared credit pool: Team $59 a seat (7,000 credits a seat, 2 to 9 seats) and Agency $119 a seat (16,000 credits a seat, 5 to 25 seats). Plans unlock the premium video and image engines, multiply rate limits and raise the clip-length ceiling. Annual billing is 20% off, per seat on the team plans.
Packs or a plan — which is cheaper?
A plan, if you use it. Hobby is 1,800 credits for $15 where the same money buys 1,500 at the Starter pack rate. The lowest rate per credit is Studio's 60,000-credit step, at $399 a month; Team and Agency sell seats and a shared pool, not cheaper credits. Packs win only if your usage is occasional and unpredictable, since plan credits roll over anyway.
Which plan unlocks which video engine?
eroq Motion One, Motion Pro, Seedance 2.0 Mini and Veo 3.1 Lite are on every account. Hobby adds Seedance 2.0 Fast, Veo 3.1 Fast, Kling 3.0, Hailuo 3 Max and Wan 3.0. Creator and above add Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0, Veo 3.1, Kling 3.0 Pro, Hailuo 3, Runway Gen-4.5 and Grok Imagine.
Are there discounts or offers?
Yes, tied to moments rather than running permanently: 50% off a first month within three hours of signing up, bonus credits when your balance runs out mid-flow, a save offer if you cancel, and a win-back if you have been away. Each one appears as a banner with a countdown and is applied at checkout — never advertised without being honoured.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the renewal; the plan and its credits run to the end of the period you paid for, and the credits you already have stay in the wallet.
Where do I see what I spent?
The developer dashboard keeps a request log: every call with its date, operation, model and credits, refunds included. Workspace admins also see each member's spend for the current month.
Do you offer invoicing or volume pricing?
Enterprise plans include invoicing, wire payment, custom allocations, volume rates and an SLA — contact hello@eroq.ai.
Can I get more credits on Studio without a team plan?
Yes. Studio comes in three sizes: 20,000 credits a month for $149, 40,000 for $279 and 60,000 for $399, with the same engines and perks on each and a better rate on every step. Moving up a step is an upgrade in place, prorated for the rest of the period; moving down is a cancellation, then a new subscription when the period ends.
What is auto top-up?
An option for the workspace owner, on card payments: when the balance falls below a threshold (200, 500, 1,000 or 2,500 credits), eroq buys the pack you picked on your saved card, at most 1, 2, 4 or 8 times a calendar month, as you choose. Any member's spending can trigger it, so turning it on asks you to tick a box saying so. Every charge emails a receipt; a refused card turns it off and emails the owner. It stays off until you switch it on in Billing.
Teams & workspaces
How many people can share a workspace?
A free workspace is one seat and every individual plan holds two, enough for you and a collaborator. Teams are what the business tiers are for, sold per seat on one shared credit pool: Team from 2 to 9 seats at $59 a seat, Agency from 5 to 25 at $119 a seat. Beyond that, Enterprise.
Why does a $149 plan only hold two people?
Because paying more for compute buys credits, speed and longer clips — not a team. Seats are what separates the individual tiers from the business ones, so Studio gives you a lot of rendering and Team gives you a roster.
What are the workspace roles?
Five rungs. Owner (everything, including transfer and deletion), Admin (people, billing, settings, keys), Developer (API keys, webhooks, full generation — no billing or people), Creator (generates and publishes in the studio), Viewer (reads the library and usage, cannot spend a credit). A role is the starting point: an admin can tick or untick any single permission for one member on top of it.
Can I share a folder with a client who has no account?
On Team, Agency and Enterprise, yes: any Library folder can get a public link. Whoever holds it sees the files only — never your prompts or settings — with downloads on or off, and the link stops working the moment you stop sharing.
Can I stop one member from spending everything?
Yes — an admin can give any member a monthly cap, in credits or as a percentage of the wallet, and a share of the workspace's per-minute rate limits, both on the Members tab. A generation that fails and refunds itself does not count against the ceiling.
Can two admins remove each other?
No. You can only manage people ranked below you, so equal ranks are untouchable — and nobody can grant a role at or above their own. The owner's access is not editable at all; it moves only by transferring the workspace.
What happens to someone's API keys if I change their role?
Keys inherit the permissions of the member who holds them. Demote someone to Viewer and their keys stop generating, without you having to find and revoke each one.
Do credits belong to a person or a workspace?
To the workspace. Everyone in it spends from one balance, which is why a team does not need five personal cards.
What happens to my work if I downgrade?
Nothing you already have is taken away — existing members, keys and renders survive a downgrade. The limits bite the next time you try to add something.
How do I add or remove seats on Team or Agency?
The owner does it from Workspace → Members, one seat at a time. Adding a seat is charged now for the rest of the period, prorated like an upgrade, and its credits land on the balance at once. Removing one applies at the next renewal: the period already paid keeps its seats and credits, nothing is refunded, and the count never goes below the members and pending invites the workspace holds, nor below the plan's minimum (2 on Team, 5 on Agency). One change at a time: adding a seat while a decrease is waiting calls the decrease off first.
Video
Which video engines does eroq offer?
16: eroq's own eroq Motion One and Motion Pro, plus ByteDance's Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini; Google's Veo 3.1, Veo 3.1 Fast and Veo 3.1 Lite; Kuaishou's Kling 3.0 Pro and Kling 3.0; MiniMax's Hailuo 3 and Hailuo 3 Max; Runway Gen-4.5; xAI's Grok Imagine; and Alibaba's Wan 3.0 — each with its own page listing prices, lengths and resolutions.
How long can a video be?
Per clip: 5–15 s on eroq Motion One and Hailuo; 5, 10 or 15 s on Motion Pro; 4–30 s on Seedance 2.5; 4, 6 or 8 s on Veo; 3–15 s on Kling; 4–15 s on Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini; 2–10 s on Runway Gen-4.5; 1–15 s on Grok Imagine; 2–30 s on Wan 3.0. Your plan caps the length (10 s free, 15 s on Hobby, 20 s on Creator, 30 s on Studio and up).
How do I make something longer than 30 seconds?
Two ways. In Video, Extend opens a new shot on a clip's last frame (and Lead into ends one on its first frame), and the shots play as one sequence. For a story, Cinema holds up to 100 shots per film, grouped into scenes, with one shared look, cut on the Editor's timeline and exported as one MP4; chain films for longer pieces.
What resolution is the video?
Motion One, eroq's own engine, renders 480p or 768p. Among the third-party engines: up to 4K on Seedance 2.0, Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast; up to 2K on Hailuo 3; up to 1080p on Veo 3.1 Lite, Grok Imagine and Wan 3.0; up to 768p on Hailuo 3 Max; up to 720p on Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0 Fast, Seedance 2.0 Mini, Kling and Runway Gen-4.5. eroq Motion One and Seedance 2.5 also offer 1080p and 2K through an upscale pass, and eroq Upscale, in Video › Edit, will bring, once it opens, any clip you have to 1080p or 2K. Some of the sharpest tiers come with a higher plan.
Can I animate a photo?
Yes — pass a photo or a render as the start frame and the engine animates it, on every engine. eroq Motion One, Seedance, Veo, Kling and Hailuo also take an end frame and render the motion between the two.
Does the video have sound?
On most engines, yes. Motion Pro, Seedance, Veo, Kling, Hailuo 3 and Wan 3.0 render sound with the picture — dialogue, ambience and effects on Veo — and Motion One bakes its soundtrack in; on Veo and Kling the soundtrack is optional and billed per second. Hailuo 3 Max, Runway Gen-4.5 and Grok Imagine are silent. For narration, the voice studio renders an MP3, and Music One a song, that you lay under the cut in the Editor.
Does eroq do lip-sync?
No. Engines with sound can render a spoken line as part of the clip — Veo 3.1 renders dialogue — but there is no tool that syncs an existing audio file to a generated face.
Can I control the camera?
Yes, in words: write a camera move ("dolly in", "orbit", "wide shot") and the composer highlights it and sends it to the engine as its camera direction. The Syntax menu lists the 24 camera moves, 6 lenses and 3 apertures and inserts any of them in one click; palette and lighting are in Settings.
How long does a render take?
One to a few minutes depending on the engine and length. Renders run in the background — navigate away and the topbar queue keeps tracking them.
Can I edit the video inside eroq?
Yes. The Editor (Video → Editor) cuts your own clips on a timeline: trims, transitions, music and sounds, titles, looks, keyframes, overlays and cuts synced to the beat, exported in your browser as MP4 or WebM in 9:16, 16:9, 1:1 or 4:5, at no credit cost. Cinema cuts its films on the same Editor. To finish elsewhere, the Premiere Pro and After Effects panel imports renders straight into the open project.
Is uncensored video possible?
On Motion One, eroq's own engine, within the acceptable-use policy — and it retains nothing upstream. The third-party engines are moderated by their providers.
Can I get the same clip twice?
On the engines that honour a seed — Seedance, Veo, Runway Gen-4.5 and Wan 3.0 — yes: the same prompt, settings and seed reproduce the same take. eroq Motion One, Motion Pro, Kling, Hailuo and Grok Imagine re-roll each time.
Video edit
Can I upscale a video?
Soon: eroq Upscale is coming to Video › Edit, to bring a clip up to 30 seconds, a render or an upload, to 1080p or 2K, its frame rate and sound kept, on eroq's own GPUs. Until it opens, eroq Motion One renders 1080p and 2K tiers of its own clips.
Can I extend a clip I already have?
Yes. Extend, in Video › Edit, sends the last seconds of your clip to eroq Motion One and Seedance 2.5, which renders what happens next with the motion and the camera carried on: from 100 credits for 5 more seconds. You get the new seconds only; join them on the Editor's timeline.
Can I make a new clip from a reference video?
Yes: Ref-to-video, in Video › Edit. The reference gives the motion and the camera, your prompt gives the scene and the cast, on eroq Motion One, Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini, from 90 credits for 5 seconds.
Why was my clip refused in Video › Edit?
Ref-to-video and Extend need a clip of 480p or more, and their engines turn down clips showing real-looking people: use stylised or 3D footage, products or places. Upscale turns down only a clip already as sharp as the size you asked for, before anything is billed.
Can I replace the people in a clip with my characters?
Yes, with eroq Replace Pro in Video › Replace: up to 4 people, each recast as one of your Characters in their own outfit, the clip's or one you describe, every move, the lip movement, the scene and the original sound kept. 30 credits a second in 768p, 60 in HD 1080p.
Images
Which image models are there?
13: Krea2 (clean photoreal), Eroq Uncensored (uncensored photoreal), Eroq One (up to ten references, instruction edits), Anima (anime and illustration), Flash Image (fast, any style) and Flux Image (high-fidelity photoreal) are eroq's own; GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst and Flare, Nano Banana Pro and 2.1, Seedream 5.0 Pro, Flux 3 Image and Grok Imagine 2.0 are the named third-party engines. From 10 to 124 credits an image; each has its own page with specs and prices.
What resolution are images?
1024×1024 by default, with 3:4, 4:3, 9:16 and 16:9 framings.
How do I keep the same face across images?
Add reference photos with + Picture (up to four, ten on Eroq One), or save the person as a Character and @mention them — the face then holds across images, and across video clips on the engines that read reference pictures.
What does CFG scale do?
It sets how literally the model follows your words. Low values give looser, more varied images; high values follow the prompt at the cost of naturalness. Start at the default and move it only when the render ignores you or looks stiff.
Can I put text or a logo in an image?
Short text, yes: GPT Image 2.5 Sunburst renders legible lettering, and the Ads Studio's "Headline on the picture" asks the engine to set a headline and a button on a static ad. Long copy, small print and exact logos still go wrong, and eroq has no text layer: check the lettering, or leave room and add it in a design tool.
Can I edit an existing photo?
Yes, in the Edit tab of Image: add the photo as the Reference to edit, write the change in plain words ("make the jacket red") and the rest of the picture holds, on Eroq One, Krea2 or Eroq Uncensored. There is no inpainting or masked editing.
Are images uncensored?
On Eroq Uncensored, Eroq One and Anima, within the acceptable-use policy. Minors, real people and illegal content are banned, blocked and never charged.
Ads Studio
What is the eroq Ads Studio?
A brand-first ad maker inside the studio. Paste your website and Clap fills a brand kit (logo, colors, fonts, tone, selling points) and finds your products; then you make ads for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and more: static ads in the size each place needs with their copy, video ads in 8 formats with a presenter, and variants of a winning video with the Ad Multiplier.
Does the Ads Studio cost extra?
No: it is part of the studio on every account. Reading your website, planning a batch and writing the copy are free; each render costs what its engine costs (10 credits for a static ad on Eroq One), and a failed render refunds itself.
How many ads can I make at once?
Up to 24 pictures per static batch (an ad in two sizes is two pictures) and 20 ads per product, each with its own selling angle, headline, primary text and call to action; one to four takes of a video ad; ×3 to ×12 variants per Ad Multiplier run.
Does the Ad Multiplier rewrite the script?
No. Each variant is a Replace edit of the same clip: the character, the outfit, the location or the product change, while the motion, the cut, the timing and the original audio stay. For a new line or another language, make a new video ad.
Where do the presenters come from?
From your own Characters: create one from photos or design a new face from traits, and its look sheet keeps the face across renders. There is no library of stock AI actors, and characters are original, fictional adults.
Can eroq publish my ads to Meta or TikTok?
Not yet. Each ad downloads at the exact size its place asks for (1080×1350 for a feed, 1080×1920 for a Story), its headline, primary text and button ready to copy into your ads manager; the API can hand renders to your own tools.
Does eroq show how my ads perform?
No. eroq reads no spend, clicks or results from any ad platform: you test in your ads manager, then bring the winner back to the Ad Multiplier for fresh variants.
Which ad placements does eroq make ads for?
Facebook and Instagram feeds, Stories & Reels, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, Google Display, LinkedIn and X for image ads, plus YouTube Shorts and YouTube for video ads. Each image ad comes in the size of every place you pick, its copy cut to what that place shows, and you preview it in that app's frame.
Voice
How much does text-to-speech cost?
3 credits per started block of 100 characters on eroq Voice One, 2 on eroq Voice Turbo. A 1,000-character paragraph is 30 or 20 credits; a 10,000-word chapter about 1,650 or 1,100.
Can I clone my voice?
Yes, from a clean recording in the voice studio — about a minute of natural speech, one speaker, no music. Clones are private to your account unless you publish one to the voice catalog (attested and reviewed), and work on both engines.
Can I clone someone else's voice?
Only with their permission. Cloning real, identifiable people without consent is banned by the acceptable-use policy and enforced at the account level.
Which languages are supported?
Thirteen, on eroq Voice One and eroq Voice Turbo alike.
How do I control the delivery?
Punctuation does most of it — commas breathe, ellipses hesitate, dashes cut, questions lift — plus two controls, speed (0.7–1.3) and expressiveness (0 steady to 1 theatrical).
Is there a length limit per request?
5,000 characters. Longer scripts are split into paragraphs and the MP3s joined on the Editor's timeline.
Can characters speak?
Yes — assign a roster voice or one of your clones to a Character, and every line they speak anywhere uses it.
Can eroq transcribe audio?
Scribe One does speech-to-text at 1 credit per started minute of audio, for files up to 8 MB, with automatic language detection.
Music
Can eroq make songs?
Yes: Music One makes full songs with vocals and instruments. Describe the song in one sentence and the songwriter writes the lyrics, the style and a title, or bring your own lyrics with [Verse], [Chorus] and [Bridge] tags and a few style words.
How much does a song cost?
3 credits per started 30 seconds of song, per take, billed on the length you choose: 6 credits for one minute, 18 for three. The studio renders two takes by default; one take costs half. A take that fails is refunded on its own.
How long can a song be?
From 30 seconds to 4 minutes, in steps of 30. A song can find its ending a little before the length you chose; the Library shows its real length.
Can I make instrumentals and beats?
Yes: switch on Instrumental and the song renders without vocals; the lyrics are left out. Describe the sound in your sentence or in Style.
Are song lyrics censored?
No, within the written policy: profanity, heartbreak and dark or violent storytelling are fine. Refused: anything involving minors, real identifiable people without consent, illegal content and sexual violence. Describe a sound by its genre, era and vocal rather than by an artist's name.
What file do I get, and can I download every song?
Every take is saved to your Library as an MP3 (320 kbps, 48 kHz stereo) and there is no download cap. Remix in Custom reopens a song with the same style, lyrics and length.
Do I need a plan for music?
No. Music One runs on every account: a $10 pack of 1,000 credits pays for three-minute takes at 18 credits each, and the Hobby plan's 1,800 monthly credits about 100.
Is there a music API?
Yes: POST /v1/music/generations with a sentence, or a style and lyrics. Each take is an async job: poll GET /v1/music/generations/{id} for free or subscribe to the music.generation.succeeded webhook. AI agents reach it through the MCP tool generate_music, and the CLI has eroq music.
Characters, elements & films
What is a Character?
A persistent cast member: reference photos that hold the face, a persona for roleplay, a voice. @mention them in any prompt; cast them per scene in films.
Can characters be based on real people?
No. Characters are original, fictional people, every one 18 or older — the policy bans depicting real, identifiable individuals.
What is an Element?
A reusable place, object or style — a product for an ad, a recurring set, a house look — @mentionable in prompts. Up to 50 per account.
What is Cinema?
The studio's film maker: a Story of scenes, each a place with its cast, filmed in shots with their dialogue; shots that continue each other or take the same scene from another angle; the Editor's timeline to cut them; and a cover. Up to 100 shots per film with one shared look, exported in the browser as one MP4 and publishable to the community.
Can I re-render just one shot?
Yes. In the Story every shot renders on its own, with takes and retries; a shot you edit says it changed since its render, a shot linked to it says it should follow, and the rest of the film stays as it is.
Can I export a film as one file?
Yes. Export, in the film's header, renders the cut of the Edit tab as one MP4 (or a WebM) rendered in your browser, at no credit cost, in the film's frame or reframed to 9:16, 16:9, 1:1 or 4:5; the MP4 is saved as the film's cut and used when you publish.
Community
What is the community shelf?
A public gallery of creations and films published by eroq creators — watch, like, comment. Publishing is opt-in per creation; your prompts and settings stay private.
How do I publish a film?
Press Publish in Cinema: pick a title and a cover (the one made in the side panel's Cover tab, a generated one, the first frame or an upload) and it goes live at /community once the team has reviewed it. Remove it any time; likes and comments survive a re-publish.
Is my library public?
No. Everything you render is private by default; only what you explicitly publish appears anywhere else.
Who owns what I make?
You do. Outputs are yours under the terms of service.
API, MCP & integrations
Is there an API?
Yes — an OpenAI-shaped REST API at https://eroq.ai/v1 for chat, images, video (async with webhooks), speech, transcription, characters, elements, films and storage, documented at /docs with OpenAPI and llms.txt.
How does video generation work over the API?
Asynchronously, because renders take minutes: POST the job, then either poll GET /v1/videos/generations/{id} or receive a signed webhook when it lands. A job that fails refunds itself.
What are the rate limits?
Per key, per minute: 60 chat completions, 20 images, 6 each for video, speech and transcription. An active plan multiplies them (2× Creator, 4× Studio, 6× Team, 8× Agency), and a member's role can narrow their share. Hitting one returns 429 with a Retry-After header.
Can I use eroq inside ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes — the MCP server at https://eroq.ai/mcp exposes the generation tools to ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Code, Cursor and Codex. The dashboard writes the connect snippets for you.
Is there a CLI?
Yes — `npm install -g @eroq/cli`: image, video and speech from the terminal, and `eroq mcp` for a local MCP server that saves media as files.
Does it work with Premiere Pro or After Effects?
A panel for both apps generates video, images and speech and imports the renders straight into the open project.
Is it OpenAI-compatible?
Chat completions follow the OpenAI shape — SillyTavern, RisuAI and existing code connect by changing the base URL and the model id.
Where are generated files hosted?
Renders land in your creation library. For your own delivery, the eroq Store gives CDN-backed hosting, free within your plan's storage and 2 credits per started 10 MB past it, or you can pull the file and host it yourself.
Is there a sandbox or test mode?
No separate sandbox — the free credits are the test environment, and free endpoints (models, engines, job polling, Surprise me prompt invention) cost nothing to call while you build. Prompt enhancement costs no credits; rewriting an existing draft is a paid-plan perk.
When something goes wrong
My render failed — was I charged?
No. A failed generation refunds itself automatically and the refund appears as a negative row in the request log. If a video job is still "processing" past its deadline it is failed and refunded for you.
I got content_blocked. What does that mean?
The engine declined that prompt. It is an error code, not a lecture, and it is never charged — rephrase and retry. If a third-party engine keeps refusing, try Motion One: it is eroq's own engine, uncensored within the policy.
I got a 402. What now?
Your balance is short for that call and nothing was charged. Top up or subscribe (the workspace owner can also turn on auto top-up in Billing so the balance refills itself) — and if you are a team member, check whether an admin has set you a monthly ceiling.
Why does my clip look like two shots crammed together?
Because the prompt asked for two actions. Engines render one beat cleanly; put the second beat in a second shot (Extend in Video, or a new shot in Cinema).
My character looks different in every render.
Attach reference photos or save them as a Character and @mention them — and describe wardrobe explicitly, since identity holds more strongly than clothing.
A model card is greyed out.
Either your plan does not unlock it yet — the card says which one does — or that engine is not available on this deployment. Neither state charges you anything.
Content policy & privacy
What does "uncensored" mean on eroq?
Models render what you write — dark, violent or provocative fiction included — instead of refusing it, under a written acceptable-use policy enforced at the account level, not a filter that changes its mind. It never means "no rules".
What is banned?
Any content involving minors (real, fictional, stylized or implied), real identifiable people without consent (deepfakes, impersonation), illegal content and harassment. Blocked requests return content_blocked and are never charged.
Do you store my prompts and outputs?
Prompts are processed to serve the request; renders are saved to your private library and nowhere else unless you publish them. The billing ledger keeps metadata only — timestamps, model, credits.
Can I delete my data?
Creations, characters, elements and films are deletable from the studio at any time. The account itself is deleted from Settings → Danger zone, immediately.
Can I build my own product on top of eroq?
Yes — that is the intended use. Embed the API behind your own product, apply the age and content rules your audience needs, and pass through an acceptable-use policy at least as strict as ours.
Who operates eroq?
Qore Games, Paris — see the legal notice.
