Text to video

Write what happens, direct the camera, choose the engine, render. eroq's text-to-video studio puts 16 named engines behind one composer (Seedance, Veo, Kling, Hailuo, Runway, Wan and Grok, plus the uncensored Motion One) and reads the director in your words: camera moves, lenses and apertures typed in the prompt or inserted from the Syntax menu, palette and lighting in Settings.

How it works

  • →1 · Describe the shot in one paragraph: subject, motion, camera, light, mood. Or press Surprise me and let the free rewriter draft it.
  • →2 · Pick the engine and the length — 1 to 30 seconds depending on the engine and your plan — and one of six formats, from 9:16 to 21:9.
  • →3 · Direct the camera in words ("slow push-in", "dolly zoom") or insert a move from the Syntax menu at the foot of the composer (24 of them). Render up to 4 takes at once.
  • →4 · Every render lands in your library with its full recipe: Restore all in its details reloads it into the composer, Animate takes it further, Publish shares it with the community.

Which engine for which shot

eroq Motion One and Motion Pro, eroq's own engines, are on every account, uncensored and private: they retain nothing upstream. Seedance 2.0 Mini is the entry engine on every account, next to Veo 3.1 Lite; Seedance 2.0 Fast, Veo 3.1 Fast, Kling 3.0, Hailuo 3 Max and Wan 3.0 open on Hobby. On Creator, Seedance 2.0 and Veo 3.1 are the keepers, up to 4K, Kling 3.0 Pro the one for faces, Hailuo 3 the 2K one, Runway Gen-4.5 the prompt-faithful one, Grok Imagine the quick one — and Seedance 2.5, like Wan 3.0, goes to 30 seconds. Most of them render sound with the picture. The model pages compare them criterion by criterion.

What it costs

Credits per second of clip, set by the engine and the resolution and shown on the Generate button before you commit: five seconds is 75 credits on Seedance 2.0 Mini at 480p, 270 on Kling 3.0 with sound and 490 on Seedance 2.5, and thirty seconds on Seedance 2.5 is 2,940. Motion One is 29 a second. A failed render refunds itself. New accounts start with 40 free credits — enough for one five-second eroq Motion One clip at 480p (35 credits); plans from $15/month add monthly credits that never expire and unlock the premium engines.

Or let Clap make the clips

Describe the result in Ask. Clap asks what it needs, picks the engines, writes the prompts and prices the plan. Once you approve, it renders everything into your library. Fully automated, and nothing runs before you say yes.

  • 1Clap asks one question at a time and keeps the brief, the cast and the storyboard up to date.
  • 2The plan lists every render and its price before anything runs.
  • 3One click on Approve and everything renders. Failed takes refund themselves.

Frequently asked questions

How long can an AI-generated video be?

Per clip: 5–15 s on eroq Motion One and Hailuo; 5, 10 or 15 s on Motion Pro; 4–30 s on Seedance 2.5; 4, 6 or 8 s on Veo; 3–15 s on Kling; 4–15 s on Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini; 2–10 s on Runway Gen-4.5; 1–15 s on Grok Imagine; 2–30 s on Wan 3.0; your plan caps it (10 s free, 15 s on Hobby, 20 s on Creator, 30 s on Studio and up). Longer pieces chain shots: Extend, on a take, opens the next clip on the last frame of the one before, and Extend in Video › Edit carries a clip on with its motion. A film goes to Cinema, up to 100 shots grouped in scenes, cut together and exported as one MP4.

Which text-to-video engines does eroq offer?

16: eroq Motion One and Motion Pro (eroq's own engines); ByteDance's Seedance 2.5, Seedance 2.0, Seedance 2.0 Fast and Seedance 2.0 Mini; Google's Veo 3.1, Veo 3.1 Fast and Veo 3.1 Lite; Kuaishou's Kling 3.0 Pro and Kling 3.0; MiniMax's Hailuo 3 and Hailuo 3 Max; Runway Gen-4.5; xAI's Grok Imagine; and Alibaba's Wan 3.0. Each has its own page with prices and specs.

Is there a free text-to-video option?

Yes. eroq Motion One, Motion Pro, Seedance 2.0 Mini and Veo 3.1 Lite run on every account, and the 40 credits new accounts get cover one five-second eroq Motion One clip at 480p (35 credits). Beyond that — five seconds on Seedance 2.0 Mini is 75 — you need a $10 pack (1,000 credits) or a plan from $15/month.

Can it generate uncensored video?

On Motion One, yes — eroq's own engine, uncensored within the acceptable-use policy and fully private. The third-party engines are moderated by their providers.

Can I use text-to-video through an API or ChatGPT?

Yes: POST /v1/videos/generations (async with webhooks), the MCP server for ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor and Claude Code, the eroq CLI, and a panel for Premiere Pro and After Effects.
